Steve Holton —
Steve has spent the bulk of his 33-year career working along the downstream value chain for Shell Oil Products and Motiva Enterprises LLC. Early in his career, Steve operated refined product terminals and coordinated demand where he managed many facets of Shell’s first ethanol and ULSD conversions. He also coordinated the logistics for the Shell brand in the Gulf Coast and served as Commercial Contracts Manager at the Norco Louisiana Chemical plant, where he managed agreements with Motiva, Hexion Specialty Chemicals and Enterprise products. In 2010, Steve moved to Shell Wind Energy as the Asset Manager where his team managed all commercial agreements and operations for eight wind parks in the U.S. and worked with business development on greenfield projects. In 2012, he moved to the role of Supply Chain Development Manager for “Shell LNG for Transport,” where he and his team developed the downstream business model for North America and created the supply chain downstream of the LNG production facility. Steve finished his career at Motiva in Business Development, growing the Shell brand in the Gulf Coast and finally in commercial pricing for the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast regions where he created price strategies, developed customer offers, set daily rack prices, and maintained index pricing agreements.
Steve holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix and an MBA from the Mays Business School at Texas A&M University.
