President

Megan Boutwell has overseen the expansion of Stillwater’s transportation fuels consulting and online publication business over her 18-year career at the company. As President, Megan directs Stillwater’s business operations and implements growth management. She guides sales and management of consulting projects and publication efforts. She is also responsible for developing and editing content on a wide range of transportation energy issues reported in Stillwater’s LCFS Newsletter, Carbon Market Outlook Publications, and monthly newsletter. This content includes transportation energy policy, supply and demand fundamentals, petroleum and renewable fuels market activity, and the transportation fuels transition.

Megan has a BA in French and English Literature from Hollins University in Roanoke, Virginia and an MBA from the University of Oregon.  She lives in Portland, Oregon with her husband and three children.
