Kimberly Barrett is responsible for shepherding client projects from their inception to their successful completion. Kim oversees our project management process using cloud-based software to develop new projects, manage contracts, and organize project teams. Setting up a client project properly ensures its success. Kim uses her impeccable organizational skills to oversee new project development by setting up efficiencies tailored to the individual project. Kim is responsible for tracking project costs and schedules to ensure their completion is on time and on budget.
Kim also oversees Stillwater’s internal databases as well as confidential databases for government agency clients. Kim has successfully constructed and maintained complex databases to support project-specific data analysis, ensuring accurate and secure handling of sensitive information.
Kim is responsible for managing client relationships, including monitoring performance metrics, managing project schedules, conducting budget reviews, and handling invoicing. In this role Kim works to align client-specific requests with tailored data collection strategies to deliver actionable insights and ensure client satisfaction.
Kim received her Chemical Engineering degree from Colorado State University in 1997.
