Kendra Seymour

Director of Operations & Managing Editor

Kendra Seymour is the Director of Operations & Managing Editor at Stillwater Associates. She manages early-stage business development initiatives, ensures projects are staffed properly and budgets are set and met, and directs Senior Associate teams at Stillwater in completing client projects. Kendra coordinates and produces Stillwater’s Carbon Market Outlooks, shepherding Stillwater’s Senior Subject Matter Experts (known as the Stillwater Carbon Crew) through the process of producing and updating outlooks for multiple carbon markets throughout the year. As editor of Stillwater Publications’ LCFS Newsletter and Stillwater’s monthly company newsletter, Kendra is also responsible for developing and editing content on a wide range of transportation energy issues including policy, logistics, mergers & acquisitions, and renewable energy markets.

Kendra earned a BA in International Relations from Northwest Nazarene University and spent several years working in immigration law in Oregon and foreign policy in Washington, DC before joining Stillwater. In addition to her work at Stillwater, she also operates a historic barn wedding venue – Winn Homestead Events. Kendra lives in Northeast Oregon with her husband, daughter, and red heeler pup.
