Chuck LeTavec is a strategic advisor with deep expertise in refining, logistics, and supply in the transportation fuels market. With more than three decades of experience in the downstream sector, Chuck has guided organizations through complex transitions involving renewable fuels, capital project appraisal, and supply chain optimization. He has delivered over $500 million in commercial value through innovative strategies in operations, optimization, supply, and sustainable energy initiatives.

As a member of Stillwater Associates and founder of EnStrat Advisory LLC, Chuck empowers clients to navigate changes in traditional and low-carbon fuels with clarity and commercial impact. He focuses on fuels strategy, refinery optimization, and midstream logistics, as well as feasibility and investment case development for projects involving sustainable aviation fuel (SAF), and renewable diesel. Chuck held multiple leadership roles at bp, where he led multi-billion-dollar project evaluations, managed crude supply and optimization for the Cherry Point Refinery and successfully resolved high-profile regulatory and stakeholder challenges, including Tribal negotiations and environmental permitting.

Chuck holds a Master of Business Administration from Western Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University. His career reflects a consistent commitment to advancing practical, sustainable, and economically sound strategies in the changing energy market.
